Founder and CEO

Philippe Metoudi

Philippe is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Duotem Capital Limited. He serves as a Senior Advisor and non-executive board member of IAF Capital, and as a non-executive board member of several Israeli companies. Philippe co-authored the book “Israel and China: From Silk Road to Innovation Highway.” He is a regular lecturer at Beijing People’s University.

Previously, Philippe was a Member of the Executive Board of Clearstream Banking and Chairman of its Market Committee. He received a “Lifetime Achievement Award” in 2011 from Global Custodian and “Banker of the Year Award” in 2009 from The Asset.
