Philippe is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Duotem Capital Limited. He serves as a Senior Advisor and non-executive board member of IAF Capital, and as a non-executive board member of several Israeli companies. Philippe co-authored the book "Israel and China: From Silk Road to Innovation Highway." He is a regular lecturer at Beijing People's University.
Previously, Philippe was a Member of the Executive Board of Clearstream Banking and Chairman of its Market Committee. He received a "Lifetime Achievement Award" in 2011 from Global Custodian and "Banker of the Year Award" in 2009 from The Asset. Philippe graduated from the Executive Development Program of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and holds masters degrees in Finance and Econometrics from the University of Grenoble, France.
An experienced business manager with over thirty years of experience in a variety of industries including Sports and Leisure Management, Human Resources and Auditing. Established and successfully ran two branded companies in the UK before selling them and relocating to the UAE.
Worked for Etihad Airways for over twelve years; responsible for Safety and Compliance for the network and the enforcement of local regulations, policies and procedures.
Saheed Awan pioneered Clearstream's Global Securities Financing business into a global brand over 15 years and also conceived and managed Euroclear's award-winning Global Collateral Highway Services. In 2014 he was recognised by Global Custodian with their Life Time Achievement award. He is currently Chairman of Treasury Spring, a UK-based fintech platform that provides treasurers and banks with funding and cash management services. He also consults as an independent specialist in capital markets infrastructure as well as an expert witness for law firms in the USA and UK.
Cathine manages and coordinates Duotem’s daily operations in Greater China with a focus on information marketing and fulfillment of client requirements, and on the private equity space. She has more than 18 years of experience in various capacities in corporate management, quality management, sales and distribution, product R&D and brand management. Before joining Duotem, Cathine was Managing Director of the Hong Kong branch office of a Swiss company specialized in creative toy and technical compound manufacturing, trading and distribution. Cathine holds an Executive Masters Degree in Marketing from the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, The City University of New York.
Kevin has 12 years of specialised experience in investment banking and private equity. He used to be a banker of China International Capital Corporation. He helped top-tier companies in China to get listed at home and abroad and to implement outbound acquisitions. Kevin has experience of investment in business sectors such as equipment manufacturing, TMT, cyber security, military industries and etc. He acted as a board member of AVIC International, and is a supervisor of a military aeronautical manufacturer. Kevin holds a degree of Master in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford.
Bill has more than 13 years of experience working in marketing, sales and consulting in various industries. His focus has been on cross-border investment banking, M&A activity and joint ventures, as well as strategic alliances advisory. Bill is an accountant and Chartered Financial Professional (ChFP) who has been serving financial needs related to premier retirement, investment, insurance, inheritance and tax planning for high net worth individuals.
Andrew has more than 30 years of experience in the IVF field in China and Hong Kong. He has witnessed the industry growth from nothing in 1985 to more than 1 million IVF fresh cycles in 2016. His company is one of the major suppliers for equipment and disposables for IVF centres. Over the past decade, Andrew has pursued his interests in anti-aging, detoxification, medical wellness and related technologies.
Having started her banking career in 1992, Annie is a finance industry veteran from Hong Kong who has amassed more than 20 years of experience across Hong Kong and Singapore. She has covered Institutional and Corporate Banking at Barclays, BNP Paribas and Sumitomo Mitsubishi Banking Corp where she structured corporate and trade finance solutions for a wide range of entities including privately owned, small to medium size and listed companies. Her experience includes wealth management at Credit Industriel et Commercial Bank, Singapore where she was a Private Banker in the North Asia Team and managed investment portfolios of Special Purpose Vehicles, Corporates and High Networth Individuals. She graduated with a Master degree in Financial Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Macquarie University in Sydney in 2003.
Vera is an experienced director with a demonstrated track record of success within the banking industry. She is skilled in asset management, leadership, and commercial institutions. Vera has overseen a number of projects relating to acquisitions and infrastructure project financing. She has formed solid working relationships with a number of leading banks including EFG Bank, Credit Suisse and American Express Bank.
Radhakrishnan (Radha) has more than three decades of experience working at both Indian and multinational companies. His expertise includes branch network management; marketing services to retail, corporate, institutional and government clients; interaction with internal and external stakeholders; team management and profitability management. He has taken on roles in control functions such as internal audit, operational risk management, compliance, policy & process design implementation, and cross-functional team collaboration.
Francesco is a former investment banker on Wall Street and London, and an entrepreneur who has lived in Europe, Asia, the US, and the Middle East. He is an expert in business strategy, direct investments and transactional finance. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an engineering doctorate. He has been active in various sectors ranging from light industry to property and is currently focusing on new technology ventures. Francesco has authored books on Europe that were praised by The Wall Street Journal and The Economist among others and is a speaker at international forums and in the media. He also composes classical symphonic music and jazz.

Dr. David Harari brings to the Israel Asian Fund over 40 years of experience in the Aerospace & Security fields including Marketing, Business Development and R&D activities, over the world. Dr. Harari held several positions at Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI). His final nomination was President of IAI’s European subsidiary, European Advanced Technologies (EAT), located in Brussels, Belgium. Dr. Harari has received many international awards: the Israel Defense Award (1981), the Israel Marketing Award (1991), the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles International Pioneer U.S.A. Award (1991), the Award of Merit (Ordre Nationale du Mérite) from the Government of France (1997), has been listed by the “Industries et Technique” French magazine as one of the scientist that has most influenced the scientific world in the last decades (1998) and has been awarded for life accomplishment from the Israeli Engineers Federation in 2011.
In 2011, Dr. Harari received the Israel Prize in the field of exact sciences; this award handed out by the State of Israel, is largely regarded as the state’s highest honor. Dr. Harari has many extra professional activities. He is the Israeli President of the Bilateral French-Israeli High Council for Science and Technology, Member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce & Industry Israel-France, Member of the Board of Directors of the France-Israel Fondation and Special representative in Israel, of the Forum Francophone des Affaires. Dr. Harari is an electrical & mechanical Engineer, and has a Ph.D. degree in Physics and computer systems engineering from Paris University, France.
Prof. Litsyn is a world-renown expert in electronics and computer science especially in the field of information storage and transmission. He consults Israeli and international high-tech companies in the areas of storage, communications and computing. Simon authored extensively in these fields, and was granted the Reynold B. Jonson award for his developments in the fields of storage systems and flash memory.
As chief scientist at SanDisk, Simon was the innovator of the breakthrough Flash memory storage technology, which generated over a billion dollars in revenue for the company, Simon is Senior Professor in the Faculty of Engineering of Tel-Aviv University and held several visiting positions in leading research labs and institutions around the globe. Additionally he is the Founder of several successful startup companies in Israel. He attained his Ph.D. at LETI, St. Petersburg State Electro-technical University in St. Petersburg, Russia.
